Needed: Grader for CS1428

Dr. Apan Qasem is looking for a grader for CS1428. The qualified student should have taken CS1428 here at Texas State with a grade of A or B. Graduate students with a good C++ background will also be considered. This is an hourly position (max 10 hours/week) and pays the usual departmental rate. Graduate Student Intern, Research Compliance office, Texas State

Job Description: Graduate Student Internship in Research Compliance Administration  
 
Pay Rate: $12.50/hr for 20 hours/week.  
 
The Office of Research Compliance at Texas State is seeking to hire a graduate student intern to provide daily assistance in all areas of compliance (studies using human and animal subjects, biosafety and federal export control regulations).  
 
Job duties will include maintaining up to-the-minute status reports on protocols, effective and courteous telephone and email communication to faculty and students, information retrieval and data support for compliance review committee chairs, and elementary technical support for the online IRB submission system. In addition to possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, the intern must be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook or Bobcatmail, and the standard web browsers.
