Graduate Comprehensive Exams
Texas State requires that all students seeking a graduate degree take a comprehensive examination.
- Non-thesis Computer Science graduate students take a programming exam, a communication exam and a written examination over the core courses.
- Thesis Computer Science graduate students take a programming exam, a communication exam and present an oral defense of their thesis.
