I have put up a link to download the user defined data type example under week 5 lab exercises. I have also created a new pdf file for last night lectures. The first assignment is due this Monday. The second assignment will be available on Monday. |

To get the dynamic client with non built-in data types to work, you first need to use "Autotype" Ant task to generate the types.xml file. Then you need to register that file using the following two lines of codes:
TypeMappingRegistry registry service.getTypeMappingRegistry();
registry.registerDefault(new DefaultTypeMapping("types.xml"));

We will be having the guest lecture on Web service security at 5:00pm given by
Dr Qijun Gu. For the second half of the class, I will finish off the remainind slides and then move on to the Research topic. Please download the slides on research topic if you have not done so.

I am still waiting for the reply from one more student regarding the combined hours. I also have not got the formal approval from the Chair. So we will meet at the usual time and the usual place for this week.
We will finish off the XML lectures and move on to SOA on Thursday night.

There is a last minute change to CS5369G class. It is now being offered only at RRHEC for this semester. The new assigned room is 406.
