During the period of the master's degree study, graduate students are required to attend at least four research seminars sponsored by the department. Research seminars will be announced through emails and posted on the department website. On average, three seminars will be offered each long semester, so students are encouraged to start attending these seminars early in their program at Texas State.
Students must not wait until their last semester of enrollment to attempt to fulfill the seminar attendance requirement.
